SLIC offers two seasonal service options for customers who spend a little more time away from home. With each of our seasonal programs, you're in control - you have the freedom to choose the date your services will pause, and when they start again. With each option, services may be disconnected once per year.
Option 1:

Minimum of 6 months service at regular price*

Maximum of 6 months service at the $10 seasonal rate, per household

No connection fee upon your return**

Services may be connected early
Option 2:

Minimum of 6 months service at regular price*

Keep 1 service active while you’re away

No connection charge for reconnected service upon your return
*Not all services levels and markets are eligible for seasonal rates.
**Additional fees may apply if a technician is required to be dispatched for reconnection.
Disconnect and reconnect services provided outside of the Seasonal Policy Options above will be subject to $195.95 reconnect fee plus additional charges and trip fees as applicable. Call for more details about your market.
