"The crew were dealing with a problem caused by a car accident and it required climbing a broken pole. They came to the house to explain everything, including the fact that they didn't think they could do anything until the pole was replaced because SLIC®'s wires were so close to the power lines. Despite that, they stayed and kept at it until they figured out a way and restored our internet. My mom, who is 100 y/o lives with me and was very concerned about her phone being out - that's how she calls down to me when she needs help.
