"The crew were dealing with a problem caused by a car accident and it required climbing a broken pole. They came to the house to explain everything, including the fact that they didn't think they could do anything until the pole was replaced because SLIC®'s wires were so close to the power lines. Despite that, they stayed and kept at it until they figured out a way and restored our internet.
My mom, who is 100 y/o lives with me and was very concerned about her phone being out - that's how she calls down to me when she needs help. I work from home 2-3 days a week so that I can be here with Mom and was already more than halfway thru my second day of being unable to do any of my work. I had second thoughts about going back to Verizon until this amazing crew changed my mind simply by being so kind and helpful, knowledgeable and hard-working!
