Why is my internet not working?

Here are a couple steps you can take to try and reconnect.

How to troubleshoot:

Power Cycle:
Restarting your modem/router should resolve the issue.

1. Unplug your router or modem.
2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in

Other reasons why your internet may keep going out include inadequate speeds, network congestion and inclement weather.

Have you done the following:

Restarted your equipment?
Connect with an Ethernet cable?
Check for an internet outage?
Tried using a different device?
Check your wires and cables?
Run a speed test?

TV Volume

My TV has no volume...Help!

We have found that this is a relatively common issue with the set top box equipment. If your TV volume is turned up, but you still don't have sound - try the steps below. If that will not work, please feel free to call our office at 877-754-2266 and one of our representatives will be happy to help.

Can I Purchase My Own Router?

While it is not recommended that you purchase your own router, you absolutely can.

Benefits to using a router provided by SLIC®:
1. We can access your router remotely to help with things like changing the password or troubleshooting.
2. You pay a nominal monthly rental, so you won't have to worry about replacing it when the time comes.
3. Using our equipment will help to make sure things run smoothly.

How Do I Power Cycle?

Power Cycling is easier than it sounds. Just follow the steps below!

How To Power Cycle:
1. Unplug your router or modem
2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in

Where Is MY Router Password?

Where can I find my router password if I don't want to call the office?

Your password should be in a couple of places:
1. On your router
2. On a separate sticker or a truck magnet the techs handed out
3. The sticker we placed on the Modem. Look for the line that says WPAKEY
4. On our app.

How Do I Pay My Bill?

There are a few ways you can make a payment.
